Located on the warm and breezy shores of the Florida Gulf Coast, the Cypress Dunes neighborhood is nestled amid palm trees and natural wildlife. Late last year, we partnered with the community to refresh their on-site fitness facility, replacing outdated equipment with premium Precor cardio (treadmills, AMTs, and a recumbent bike), Precor Vitality dual-function strength units. UMAX free weights, TRX suspension trainers and Escape Fitness medicine balls, yoga mats, and other functional accessories diversify the offering. The combination of traditional cardio and strength machines with bodyweight and functional training tools ensures that this facility will accommodate users across a wide demographic range.
