What is OUR Delivery & Installation Process Like?
At the beginning of the delivery and installation process, our expert team of delivery, assembly, and installation professionals will ensure your products arrive safely. Next, our experts will put your fitness equipment into operation according to industry standards.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM OUR DELIVERY SERVICES
Once you accept our design proposal and book your order, we’ll begin the delivery process. This process includes the following steps:
Step 1 - Order review and confirmation: Our Commercial Sales Coordinators will review the order, confirm details with you, and send that information to the rest of the ASF team so they can get started.
Step 2 - Equipment procurement: The Purchasing team will order any products we don’t already have in inventory.
Step 3 - Confirmation of logistics: The Delivery and Installation Logistics team will confirm delivery and installation dates and keep you informed of any other updates.
Step 4 - Site dynamic information gathering: Prior to delivery, we’ll make sure we understand all the dynamics of your site. This information-gathering process can include learning about how many installation techs are needed, our onsite point of contact, entryway dimensions, and any staircases or elevators we should plan for.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM OUR INSTALLATION SERVICES
Once we’ve delivered your equipment, our installation technicians will arrive at your facility on installation day to provide assembly and installation services. While installing your equipment, they’ll complete the following steps:
Step 1 - Assembly and placement: To begin, our team will assemble and place your equipment.
Step 2 - Testing: Next, our installation technicians will test products thoroughly to ensure all equipment is connected and works as intended.
Step 3 - Client walkthrough: After our team tests the equipment, they’ll conduct a walkthrough and review with you to ensure everything is exceeding expectations.
Step 4 - Packaging removal: Finally, our team will remove all packaging materials so the space is ready to go!
Step 5 - Continued support: Post-installation, we’ll follow up to make sure that everything is completed as desired and to see if you have any final details that need to be addressed. Learn more +
WHAT HAPPENS ON INSTALLATION DAY?
A STRAIGHTFORWARD & PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE
Our uniformed, professionally-equipped ASF installation team will arrive on time and adhere to all proper safety guidelines for the duration of the installation day. If day-of decisions need to be made, our technicians will coordinate with the onsite contact for input and approval.
During and after installation, our team will be happy to address any concerns, answer questions, note anything we need to follow up on, and test everything to make sure there are no loose ends.
